一、PTVA Software introduction

The test software "PT-VA" is developed and applied by the company for the material testing machine. It draws the test process curve, performs data analysis, graphic analysis, data classification storage, multiple curve comparison, graphic output, custom report output, and EXCEL output Wait. Through the user-friendly operation interface, the operator can quickly get started, and immediately perform quality verification for samples, semi-finished products and finished products to help understand the quality of the products

二、PT-VA  Controller

The microcontroller has 2 sets of load sensor inputs and 2 sets of encoder inputs. No additional capture card is required. The communication adopts USB transmission. The core of the controller is equipped with Atmel 32-bit CPU and 2 independent 24-bit (ADC ) The load cell picks up the chip, and cooperates with the high-torque, high-precision servo motor made in Taiwan to accurately measure and stabilize the control during the test.
This controller can be installed on a standard testing machine or on other testing machines, providing an update platform for the old testing machine, saving customers the cost of system update and the machine can be used continuously
