Production information
Purpose: This product does a static load test for the adhesive force of the tape, automatically under a certain load
Time the time that the tape can hold to confirm the aging of the tape. Cut 1 inch wide
The long strip of tape is attached to the specified SUS#304 stainless steel plate, and the standard roller is 2kg
Roll back and forth at a speed of 300mm per minute, hang the steel plate on the testing machine, plus regulations
Weight (usually 1kg) when the tape falls from the steel plate, the timer automatically keeps the test
time.
Specification :
1. Test Grips : 10 sets
2. Load : 1kg , 10 sets
3. Timer : retains automaticly, 99999.9 MIN 10 sets
4. Stanless steel plate : SUS #304, 10 piece
5. Connecter : 10 pieces
6. Dimension : 85× 25× 63 cm (W× D× H )
7. Weight : 60kg
I. Introduction:
This tester is used to test the adhesion of adhesive tapes under
a static load to obtain batter understanding of the performance
of adhesion and to evaluate the durability and service life of
adhesion of tapes.
II. Operation Procedure:
1. Place the tester on rigid ground and keep it in level condition.
Plug in socket whose voltage is conformable to the voltage
described in name plate of the tester.
2. Press the black button of timer to reset the time. The switch
of power of each timer is independent and is below it. Lamp of
switch is lightened and time is being counted when power is on.
Because test plate has not been hung on tester, switch of power
should be off.
3. Cut a specified length of adhesive tape off and place it on
test plate. Use a roller (specified weight) run over them to
get a uniform adhesion condition. In this way, prepare five
sets of test plates.
4. Hang these five test plates on five hooks of tester separately.
5. Hang five weights (each one 1kg) on bottom end of tape of five
test plates separately. In the mean time, switch on timers.
Lamps of timers is lightened and time is being counted.
6. The unit of timer is minute, one minutes pass timer will count
1. Timer will stop counting time if tape leaves the plate.
Read the time of retentivity on timer.
7. Note that all timer should be reset before test.
